PAVILION EXHIBITS
SHOW REGULATIONS FOR ENTRIES
1 Except where otherwise stated , ENTRIES CLOSE 5 March 2010 and will not be accepted unless accompanied by the necessary fees.
2 Entry forms together with remittance to be posted to:
Secretary, P O Box 809, Cooma 2630, or if preferred, be delivered in person to the Secretary's Office, Showground Multifunction Centre, Friday 5 March 2010.
3 ENTRY FEE for exhibits: 50 cents per exhibit to maximum $4; Free -Seniors and Juniors 12 years and under. FINE ARTS Entry Fees: $2 adults per entry, 50 cents for junior. Photography: 50c per photo.
4 Each work must be the work of the Exhibitor.
5 All Exhibitors must sign an entry form declaring that the exhibits are their bonafide property or of a member of his or her household, and are exhibited subject to the Rules, By-Laws and Regulations of the Association.
6 Stewards reserve the right to reclassify any entry they believe has been entered incorrectly, or where lack of entries cause a category cancellation.
7 Cooma P & A and stewards disclaim responsibility for any damage or loss of entries, but endeavour to take utmost care whilst in their charge.
8 Hanging or display of exhibits shall be at the sole discretion of the Head Steward and no discussion will be entered into.
9 No exhibit which has been shown at a previous Cooma Show will be eligible for competition.
10 All exhibits must be received at the Pavilion between 8am and 6pm on Wednesday 10 March 2010. If you have problems with this, please telephone the Head Steward.
11 Exhibits will be available for COLLECTION after 6pm on Saturday 13 March 2010.
EXHIBITS WILL ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE RECEIPTS GIVEN ON DELIVERY TO PAVILION.
